My co-worker Charlene told me about the Pillsbury Bake-Off a few months ago. Emboldened by the thought of the generous grand-prize (college tuition for my son Henry!) and yearning for a creative outlet, I set out to create a recipe that incorporated Pillsbury products in an innovative way.
